- The Platform allows Users (certified healthcare professionals and their clinic staff) to store patient-related data, including:

- Medical cases, health and medical history, scheduled appointments, and visit records
- Financial and invoicing details related to clinic operations
Admin Users are responsible for managing patient data and assigning Authorized Users access roles.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: Information about how Users access and interact with the Platform and its Services.
- Security Logs: System records for monitoring unauthorized access attempts and compliance with security policies.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
The collected information is used to:
- Provide and manage User Accounts and access to the Platform.
- Facilitate scheduling, queue management, and financial operations.
- Maintain system security and prevent unauthorized access.
- Enforce the Terms of Use.
3. INFORMATION SHARING

3.1 With Authorized Users
- Admin Users manage access to patient and clinic data. Authorized Users can access information based on permissions set by the Admin User.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal data, including:
- User Credentials Security: Access to the Platform requires a User ID and password. Admin Users are responsible for managing their Authorized Users.
- Optional Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Admin Users can enable additional authentication measures.
- Access Controls: The Platform restricts access based on assigned roles.
Users are responsible for securing their login credentials and devices used to access the Platform.
5. DATA RETENTION
- User and patient data is retained as long as necessary for providing the Services.
- Clinikit reserves the right to delete data after a certain period following account termination.
Users are responsible for backing up their data before terminating their accounts.
6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Clinikit is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Users should review third-party privacy policies before interacting with them.
7. TERMINATION & DATA DELETION
Upon termination of an account:
- User access to the Platform and Services will be revoked.
- Clinikit may delete stored data after a period deemed appropriate.
